About me..

I am a Graduate student in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of New Mexico. My concentration is Transportation Engineering and my areas of interest lie in Sustainable Transport Systems and Intelligent modes of Transit.

 

I was born and raised in Hyderabad, India where I completed my schooling. I completed my under-graduation at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur where I earned my Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. After my under-graduation, I entered the University of New Mexico as a graduate student under Prof. Gregory Rowangould in the School of Engineering.

 

Apart from my academic life, I am an avid travellor and a budding photographer. I enjoy cooking as much as I enjoy tasting different cuisines.

I enjoy playing badminton and reading whatever I can lay my hands on. Fiction always appeals to me and I love George R.R Martin more than J.K Rowling. I prefer meeting people and learning about various cultures rather than watching a movie at home (even if you have pizza and popcorn!)
